Product and process
If you know the alloy, give its full name; if not, describe the function of the part. Add process information such as LPBF, DED, binder jetting or MIM, and the machine model.
Quantity and particle size distribution
Separate the trial quantity from series production needs. State the quantity in kilograms, the preferred particle size cut and, if available, the machine supplier’s material specification. If the cut is not defined, do not pick a random value.
Documents and acceptance criteria
Specify requirements for CoA, SDS, chemical analysis, particle size distribution and flow report. For critical applications, traceability, specimen tests and end-use approvals must be defined separately.
Delivery and technical review
Add the delivery location, required date and whether you are open to alternative alloys. The form is a quote request; it does not replace a price, stock or suitability confirmation.
